Double Boiled Herbal Chicken Soup

First meal with Thermos cooker, double boiled herbal chicken soup. :) Followed my colleague's instruction to heat till boil at night, keep in thermal flask for the slow cooking to take place. Reheat it till boil in the morning, then keep in slow thermal flask again and dinner will be ready by the time we reach home!  
This is the picture the husband took to "whatsap" me when i was away for Faith bday celebration. Anyway the soup taste like those mum used to boil us, result of slow cooking it over thermal flask over hours is simply shiokness and power saving!! The meat is still so tender and juicy, the soup is so rich filled with essenes from the herbs and chicken bones ( i am an old fashion girl who believe Chinese soup is only nice only when we boil it with bones).
